What referrals mean to Us
Over 50% of our business comes to us via referrals from satisfied clients. That's 50% more time we get to enjoy designing websites and 50% less time we spend looking for paying clients - it's a very good thing. It also means that we're doing a good job at keeping our clients happy. We've formed a web of clients who know each other by now. When we get a call from a client asking for an update to their website, we ask them about their children and their friends. They, in turn, tell us about their friend - a new small business owner who needs a website. We're building quite a tree of clients and referrals as we grow and its our favorite part of the business.

What referrals mean to You
10% of any revenue earned from referrals is credited to your account. This credit can cover website design & maintenance, hosting costs, or domain registration fees. If you have a site hosted with Cold Spring already, the average $1000 site referred to us will nearly cover your hosting costs for the year. Future revenue earned from referred clients will continue to be credited to your account as long as they stay with us. Refer a few friends to us and we'll be maintaining and hosting your site for free - and you won't be the first of our clients in that position!
