Should we treat it as Our Site?
Some websites need to be updated more than others. If your site features a membership list, meeting times and locations or other items that change frequently, we recommend our $500/yearly retainer for site maintenance. This allows us to book time into our schedule so that your updates are posted immediately. We treat your site as our site, keeping it clean and up-to-date at all times. We'll handle new email addresses with a personal touch, walking individuals through setup, connection and accessing their new accounts. If we put more than 10 hours of work into your site, we'll contact you and arrange hourly billing for the duration of the year.

On our own time, Cold Spring will also review the statistics of the website, understanding where your traffic is coming from and make recommendations about how to increase the number of visitors. We'll optimize your site for the search engines and consult with you on how to drive more traffic to your website.

Brochure-type websites tend to require few updates. We'd be happy to add you to our list of clients who pay hourly for changes to their site. Cold Spring charges $60/hour billed in 15 minute increments and limits changes to the site to those expressly requested by our clients. We take the same care of your website that you would, keeping it neat and orderly at all times.
